Creating Projects
Creating projects requires View-Edit permissions.
Projects include any work that you’ll complete for a client. They can include anything from planning your next marketing campaign to organizing your next holiday shindig. You can have as many projects as you need.
Note: If you’re a Harvest user, we suggest you import Projects from Harvest at any time via the Harvest Integration.
To create a project in Forecast:
- Head to the Schedule. You’ll be dropped right into the Projects View.
- Click the New Project button in the lower left corner.
- Enter your project name, client, project code (if you have one), notes, and assign a project tag or color label.
- Click Save Project.
Note: You can also create projects from your Projects Page. Just head to Manage > Projects. Then click the New Project button.
