Why can’t my team access Forecast?

Managing people requires View and Edit permissions.

Your teammates will only have access to your Forecast account if they’ve been invited to sign in. You can check if a person has been invited by editing them in Manage > Team or on the Team schedule.

Note: Importing people from Harvest won’t automatically invite them to access your account. You will need to invite them separately after importing.

If your teammates have multiple accounts but can’t access one or more of them, it’s also possible that they use a different email address for each account and have separate Harvest IDs. Learn more in our article on signing in to Harvest ID.
