Creating and editing clients

Managing clients requires View and Edit permissions.

Clients include any person or business for whom you’ll complete work. You can see a list of all of your active and archived clients in Manage > Clients.

Creating clients

  1. Head to Manage > Clients.
  2. Click the green + New client button.
  3. Enter your new client’s name, then click Save client.

You can also create a new client while creating a new project, or import clients while importing data from Harvest.

Editing clients

  1. Head to Manage > Clients.
  2. Click on any client to pull up the edit form.
  3. Edit the client’s name, then click Update client.

Note: If your Forecast account is connected to Harvest, editing a client’s name will also edit their name in Harvest.
