Your name, email, & password
Updating your name, email address, and password will apply to all accounts associated with your Harvest ID, such as other Forecast accounts or Harvest accounts you belong to.
Updating your name or email address
To update the name or email address associated with your Harvest ID, go to https://id.getharvest.com/profile and, if necessary, sign in. To reach the My Harvest ID section from a Forecast account, you can click your name at the top right and select My profile. Once there, you can update your name and click the Update name button to confirm, or your email address and click the Update email button to confirm.
When you change your email address, you’ll be asked to re-enter your password to confirm the change. If you don’t have a password because you sign in via Google, you can instead click the Send email instructions button to have an email sent to your current address; follow the link in the email to confirm the change to the new address.
Changing your password
To change your password, go to the Security section of your Harvest ID account. Click the green Change my password button. You’ll receive a password reset email with a link you can follow to set a new password.
If you’re unable to sign in because you’ve forgotten your password, go to https://id.getharvest.com and click the Forgot your password? link. Enter the email address associated with your account(s) and click the Send link button. You’ll receive an email with a link you can follow to reset your password.
