Reports in Harvest for Android allow you to view a report of your tracked time. If you’re an administrator, you can also see a report of the entire team’s time.

Viewing Your Time Report

To see your time report, tap the navigation menu button (three horizontal lines) at the top left of your screen, then select Reports from the menu.

What You’ll See

Your time report has a summary panel at the top of the screen. The numbers you’ll see there reflect the timeframe you’re viewing. They also depend on your permission level—you may see some or all of the following numbers:

  • Hours Tracked
  • Billable Hours
  • Billable Amount
  • Uninvoiced Amount

Below the summary, two tables break down your time by projects and tasks.

In the Projects table, you’ll see projects you’ve tracked time to. For each project, depending on your permissions, you may see:

  • Hours
  • Billable Hours
  • Billable Amount

In the Tasks table, you’ll see each task you’ve tracked time to. For each task, you’ll see:

  • Hours
  • Billable Hours

Changing the timeframe

You can change the time period of your report by tapping Week in the top right of your screen and choosing Semimonthly, Month, Quarter, or Year.

To navigate back and forth through time, tap the left or right arrows at the top of the screen. To jump back to the current timeframe, tap the calendar icon in the top right.

Viewing the Team Report

If you’re an administrator, the Team Report lets you quickly review the week for your whole team right from the app.

To see the Team Report, tap the navigation menu button (three horizontal lines) at the top left of your screen. Select Reports from the menu, then tap the Team tab.

You can navigate to different weeks by tapping the left or right arrows at the top of your screen. To return to the current week, tap the calendar icon in the top right.

What You’ll See

The team report has a summary panel at the top of the screen. For the week you’re viewing, you’ll see the following numbers for all the active users in your account:

  • Total Hours
  • Team Capacity
  • Bar graph showing capacity and billable hours

Below the summary is a breakdown of the week’s time by person. Here’s what you’ll see for each person:

  • Total Hours
  • Capacity
  • Billable Hours
  • A blue dot to the left of their name indicates that they have a timer running (for a more detailed look into your team’s running timers, check your team’s status.
